Your role

  • Design, develop, and maintain conversational experiences using Google CES, including Dialogflow CX and Playbooks
  • Build and enhance virtual agent flows, intent models, entities, and fulfillment logic
  • Develop and integrate Playbook-based generative flows alongside deterministic Dialogflow experiences
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear translation of requirements
  • Analyze business use cases and convert them into functional and technical specifications
  • Participate in workshops and discovery sessions to understand customer journeys, pain points, and success metrics
  • Support backlog grooming, story elaboration, and acceptance criteria definition
  • Collaborate with integration teams to connect CES with backend systems via APIs and middleware
  • Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of CES solutions
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards for security, scalability, and maintainability

Your skills and experience

  • 5 plus years of experience with Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES)
  • Strong knowledge of Dialogflow CX (intents, flows, routes, fulfillment)
  • Experience working with Playbooks and generative conversational patterns
  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development concepts (preferably GCP)
  • Experience in contact center, IVR, or conversational AI implementations
  • Exposure to agent assist, omnichannel experiences, or customer journey analytics
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, testing strategies, or automation for conversational platforms
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise or consulting environments

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $76,200 - $187,740. 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
