We are seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Certified Surgical Tech to join our team!

What you will do:

  • Work 72 hours bi-weekly, primarily day shifts. This position has the flexibility to be 9 or 12-hour shifts, however during orientation you will be scheduled for 9-hour shift.

  • 9-hour shift: primarily day shifts (6:15am-3:45pm) with some PM and nights shifts, could be up to 6 off shifts within a 6-week scheduling period. Occasional weekend shifts as needed

  • 12-hour shift: primarily day shifts (6:15am-6:45pm) with occasional night or weekend shifts as needed per unit need

  • Night and Weekend call rotation. Call response time is 60 minutes or less

  • Holiday Rotation: 1-2 holidays per year

  • Assists physician as scrub person according to prescribed standards. Assist RN in performing circulating duties as directed

  • Performs primarily in the scrub role preparing, selecting maintaining equipment, instruments, and supplies.

What you need:

  • Graduate from an accredited surgical tech program - this is required prior to start date

  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification within 2 years of hire date - This is not required to get started but must have within 2 years of hire date.

  • Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
