Central Distribution Inventory Control Lead

40 hours, 3pm-1130pm Monday through Friday

Manages and maintains inventory accuracy, oversees inventory control procedures, and leads a team of inventory control specialists.

Essential Functions:

• Maintains accurate inventory records by conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt and shipment of inventory.
• Monitors inventory levels and initiates purchase orders to replenish stock as needed.
• Develops and implements inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Trains and supervises inventory control staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyzes inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience, required.

Experience:

• Five years ofInventory Control experience, required.
• Enterprise resource planning experience, required.
• Five years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Operations, preferred.
