ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a temporary, remote-based position.

The Change Management Lead will play a key role in driving the people side of the company’s most critical transformation initiatives sponsored by the Value Creation Office (VCO). Partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, the Change Management Lead will build organizational readiness, guide teams through change, and help accelerate the impact and value realization of enterprise-wide programs. • Facilitate leader alignment sessions, workshops, and employee engagement forums to support adoption
  • Create and oversee training plans, learning materials, playbooks, and quick reference guides to enable new ways of working
  • Equip teams and leaders to successfully transition to new processes, systems, operating models, and routines
  • Partner closely with program teams, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Engineering to embed changes and ensure sustainability
  • Define adoption and effectiveness metrics, track progress, and adjust plans as needed to drive outcomes
  • Support leaders in reinforcing new behaviors, operational routines, and accountability
  • Provide insights and guidance on culture, communication, and team dynamics to improve adoption and engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping navigate resistance and complex stakeholder dynamics
