Wage: $25.13/hr DOE + DOQShift: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday - Friday
Work environment:Close quarters with vulnerable people including individuals without stable living situations who may be struggling with mental health and substance use concerns.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED strongly preferred but not required.
- Two years of property/maintenance management; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and construction.
- Must have valid Oregon Driver's license; must have been a licensed driver for at least 2 years; must have a driving record that permits coverage under C@P’s company insurance.
Essential Job Duties Include (But Not Limited To):
- Responds to emergent facility maintenance issues Mechanical Aptitude
- Supports day to day maintenance and transportation needs
- Replace or repair electrical outlets, switches, smoke detectors, etc.
- Replace or repair toilets, sinks, etc.
- Ensure the C@P vehicles are being maintained and regularly services. Problem Solving
- Provide support for the building of new shelter structure and facilities.
- Ensure shelter sites are being supported by the transportation team in their needs including: laundry, food share, supplies, guest transportation, etc. Guest and Co-Worker Interaction
- Provide support and back up to Driver and transportation needs.
- Provide support and transportation of C@P trailers as sites have needs.
- Provide support and back up to Restoration Technician needs. May be exposed to harmful and hazardous material with appropriate training & PPE.
