The primary responsibility of this role within our Digital Technology department is to contribute as a team member on the Global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems team during systems implementation projects for our operations in Mexico, China, and other global and local locations. The role will have significant exposure to learn how complex system can underpin processes and operations across multiple functions of the business (Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.).
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:
- Assist team members with documenting current state and future business processes.
- Designing and setting up test cases, test data, and scripts to assist in all cycles of testing.
- Conceiving and documenting end-user training materials (wiki, videos, job-aids, etc.)
- Learning ERP screens and processes for Infor XA and/or Infor CSI ERP products.
- Meet with partners across various functions to understand and document business processes.
- Act as a resource to assist staff in resolving project issues
- Train end-users on ERP system processes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Student working towards bachelor’s degree
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
- Student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related software and application focused disciplines.
- Completed classes or education in general business structures and processes.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience in programming, scripting, logic, algorithms, and other systems development skills.
- Ability to visually graph and document processes in Visio (or equivalent) to depict current and future state processes.
- Ability to analyze processes and systems to understand, document, and communicate changes in technical, process, and human domains.
- Experience in requirements traceability matrices.
- Experience with Agile development philosophies, techniques, and rituals.
- Experience with the SDLC including Requirements Analysis, Design, Installation, Development, Testing (application code and user acceptance), and Deployment
- Ability to communicate technical information in business terms
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Ability to independently plan deliverable and coordinate with team-members
- Excellent trouble shooting skills and the ability to logically think through problem situations
- Detail oriented and ability to make decisions independently

- This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.
- Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.
- Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
- Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
