About Us:
Osceola Village is a FARR Accredited and Level II transitional living community that allows individuals to step down from residential care to a community of semi-independent living. Osceola Village offers both men and women the chance to practice clinical skills gained, focusing on meaningful life activities, including employment, education, or volunteerism. This way, individuals learn to navigate real-world experiences in a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
Our caring and credentialed CRRA Staff at Osceola Village provides 24/7 on-site supervision. Additionally, Lifeskills clinical, medical, and psychiatric services are available during business hours and remain on call 24/7. Services include independence coaching, mentoring, and life skills management. We provide transportation to recovery and mental health support meetings, general errands, and appointments. We also allow residents to use bikes, community transportation, and personal vehicles after acclimating to the program and with approval from the individual’s clinical team.

Position Summary
Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) interact with clients throughout the shift, assists and supports clients with functionally needs. Behavioral Health Technicians are responsible for managing the daily milieu of the facility, ensuring the safety of clients, and maintaining a therapeutic environment. BHTs are expected to familiarize themselves with the histories and needs of the clients and be capable of identifying cues and behaviors that may indicate a change in clients’ status or condition. Position is responsible for documenting in the client records and communicating proactively with clinical team members and supervisor(s).
