What You'll Do:
- Be the Heartbeat of Our Workforce: Connect with employees daily, build relationships and understand their needs, concerns, and aspirations.
- Empower and Support: Guide employees through HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.
- Drive Employee Engagement: Collaborate with employees and leaders to cultivate a positive workplace culture that inspires everyone to thrive.
- Champion Change: Act as a bridge between management and employees, advocating for their needs and helping to implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle employee inquiries and concerns in real-time, providing solutions that foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Data-Driven Insights: Gather feedback and insights from employees to identify trends and areas for improvement, shaping our HR strategies for the better.
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing floor for real-time engagement and solutions.
- Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues positively and fairly.
- Administer HR programs, policies, and practices, serving as a subject matter expert in areas like performance support and leadership coaching.
- Partner with manufacturing managers to deploy HR initiatives that align with operational goals and address workforce challenges.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to understand and implement HR programs in specific areas.
- Keep records of employee interactions and resolutions, ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
- Identify recurring employee concerns or trends and report these to HR leadership for proactive solutions.
- Serve as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns and providing guidance on company policies.
- Be a visible champion of Boeing’s values, modeling our expectations through consistent employee interactions.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with project management and execution
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Human Resources certification(s)
- 1+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
- Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
