Job Overview
The Senior Program Director, Field Operations is responsible for the overall coordination of business, operational, compliance, and clinical activities for the field operations teams, Dental Video Visits, Dental Mobile Vans, and School-Based Programs. The Senior Director ensures that all business units are operating effectively to further the strategic goals and mission of the organization. The Sr. Program Director develops strategic initiatives to maximize employee engagement, patient satisfaction, quality, and sustainability for all Field Operations. Additionally, the Senior Program Director is responsible for setting up memorandums of understanding, participating in community partner collaborations, grant funding and development deliverables, and growth of community outreach and school-based programs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with leadership is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple locations or programs is required.
Minimum of 8 years in financial management, program development, personnel management, project management, and quality management required.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Compensation
$156,603.20 - $195,769.60 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer

The range is subject to change.
