Product Manager - Forescout Cloud - Next-Gen Network Security

From power grids and healthcare systems to financial networks and transportation hubs, Forescout protects the critical infrastructure of our modern world.  What You Will DoForescout has an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the evolution of Forescout eyeScope — a key platform component designed to deliver new SaaS value on top of existing eyeSight deployments.  This role requires strong product leadership, a clear understanding of hybrid enterprise security operations, and the vision to define next-gen network security capabilities including UZTNA, AI-assisted segmentation, and contextual enforcement.  You’ll help bridge the gap between on-prem security operations and cloud-delivered enforcement, enabling customers to modernize without sacrificing their existing investments.  In this role your key responsibilities include:   

• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and execute the strategy for eyeScope’s evolution as a modern cloud-delivered platform for visibility, enforcement, and security control effectiveness. Drive long-term vision around UZTNA, AI-driven segmentation, and contextual enforcement.
• Asset Management: Own the unified asset inventory experience, ensuring customers can visualize, filter, and export rich device data across IT, OT, and IoT environments.
• Post-Connect Policy Enforcement: Define how eyeScope will deliver cloud-based enforcement capabilities that respond to identity, risk, and device posture after access is granted.
• Deployment Health Monitoring: Enhance visibility into Forescout deployment health, including plugin status, appliance performance, hardware utilization, and proactive alerting to prevent outages.
• Executive and Operational Reporting: Expand GenAI-powered reporting capabilities that provide insights into compliance posture, control coverage, and threat response effectiveness. Guide development of scheduled reports, dashboards, and summary views for CISOs and operations teams.
• Custom Dashboards and Visualization: Drive innovation around dashboard customization through a growing catalog of reusable widgets and asset visualizations that provide actionable insight to users across roles.
• Cloud Enablement and Interoperability: Partner with Forescout Cloud platform teams to ensure eyeScope aligns with shared architectural services, cloud-first deployment patterns, and identity-aware workflows.
• Customer Engagement and Field Enablement: Collaborate with customers, sales engineers, and customer success to understand use cases, validate roadmap priorities, and equip field teams with demo materials and collateral.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor product performance and feature adoption using customer feedback, telemetry, and engagement metrics to guide iteration and prioritization.

• 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, or SaaS platforms
• Hands-on experience with Forescout eyeSight deployments (policy management, asset visibility, plugin orchestration)
• Strong knowledge of NAC, segmentation, Zero Trust, and network-based enforcement models
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-facing features in hybrid or cloud-native environments
• Familiarity with compliance reporting, security metrics, and operational KPIs
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
