Coordinates and leads processes to ensure the organization's capability in terms of product service delivery. Monitors and defines product service requirements, ensuring the availability of required spare parts, technical documentation and service-related processes and procedures. Ensures field and global service organizations have up-to-date product and process information. Coordinates cross-functionally to ensure mutual understanding of service requirements and ongoing alignment / cooperation. Monitors processes and spare part utilization to identify cost savings and other efficiency improvements.

  • Responsible for the entire product lifecycle for products from the service organization's point of view.
  • Introduces products into the global service organization, considering the overall economic / business impact.
  • Interfaces between technical experts, the field service organization and relevant departments in R&D, Marketing, Production, Product Management, Quality Assurance, etc.
  • Ensures ongoing and comprehensive analysis of product service requirements.
  • Responsible for the service spare parts strategy and introduction of field replaceable units, base level parts and repair depot-only small parts for assigned products.
  • ontinuously reviews and validates product related service data to ensure the economic efficiency of all spare parts and products.
  • Creates and implements innovative service concepts, monitoring execution and benefit for DN.
  • Defines and recommends ideas for continuous process and service delivery improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Enablement Management.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
