About the role

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager (EIR Project Manager 3) to join our team of Manchester, NH or Woburn, MA. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This individual will coordinate project teams, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize project progress.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA or BS in a related field
  • 10+ years experience managing and directing work under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP)
  • Must be a MA Licensed Site Professional
  • Current OSHA HAZWOPER training

Technical Requirements:

Additional technical requirement is to have skill in one or more of the following:

  • SPCC Plans
  • ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
  • Remediation design
  • Risk Assessment
  • Radon sampling
  • Contamination fate and transport
  • PFAS assessment and remediation
  • ENFOS, MA 21 J Program

Other Miscellaneous Qualities:

  • Ability to travel in New England 15% of the time
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDF compilation software
  • Strong writing and project management skills

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare technical MCP reports (IRA, RAM, Phase I to Phase IV, Temporary/Permanent Solution) as Licensed Site Professional (LSP)
  • Support emergency response efforts as LSP, requiring occasional off-hours and weekend work.
  • Prepare work plans, cost estimates, permits, and other technical documents related to environmental investigations and remedial actions
  • Communicate with regulators, client contacts, and other related parties to facilitate project execution
  • Coordinate technical staff and subcontractors relative to project task execution including drilling, remedial soil excavation, groundwater monitoring, soil gas sampling, indoor air monitoring, and spill response,
  • Responsible for project health and safety
  • Responsible for project documentation
  • Prepare proposals
  • All aspects of project management
  • Provide technical support in area of expertise to other regional and national staff
  • Mentor and train junior level staff
