Make your mark in Information Technology

The Information Technology team equips our colleagues with the latest tools to complete their work efficiently and with the highest standards of excellence. The team is responsible for shielding the company’s systems from security risks, while designing technology strategies that enable AIG’s businesses to achieve their goals. AIG’s Information Technology functions include enterprise architecture, software and systems engineering, cybersecurity, and technology risk and compliance.

How you will create impact

You will support AIG Technology by providing reporting, analytics, and guidance to multiple stakeholders. Regular interaction with all levels of technology leadership is part of the role. The work product you create will help managers better run their organizations as well as provide a solid foundation for future planning.

What you need to know

• Oversight of the team’s headcount and metrics around 3rd party resources
• Managing Risk Deliverables with the various North America teams
• Ensuring weekly timesheet compliance
• Creation of content for the monthly business review, including financial commentary, headcount trends, and critical topics needing review and discussion
• Partner with enterprise PMO to understand project approvals and associated funding, budget allocations for the responsible portfolio and reporting on monthly forecast & actuals.
• Work with enterprise finance to understand annual budget targets, planning and tracking spend on a monthly basis, to ensure alignment
• Manage monthly accruals, validation of financial reports, and resulting corrective actions
• Responsible for validating the monthly invoices and approvals and alignment of vendor resources to contract
• Assistance with employee engagement activities including All Hands and location-based events

What you'll need to succeed:

• BA/BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Related Field.
• 8+ years’ experience in related roles in Technology, Finance, PMO, or Business Management roles.
• Ability to multi task and meet deliverables/deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, automation).
• Proficiency in Powerpoint.
• Proficiency in Fieldglass, Ariba, PPM.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Skilled in handling stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
