As our new Digital Channel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the relationships between Crayon (soon to be SoftwareOne) and our sales partners/channels. These
channels can include distributors, software resellers, and other 3rd party entities that help sell our services. We are looking to build out a brand-new team in our Nashville, TN office and we are considering all levels of individuals – from new college grads to career changers to experienced sellers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Scaled Partner Recruitment & Relationship Management: Drive partner recruitment and success by leveraging digital tools and sales campaigns, articulating our value propositions, and fostering strong, ongoing relationships with VAR, MSP, SI, and CSP communities
- Partner Onboarding & Activation: Lead and coordinate partner onboarding by using standardized playbooks and scripts, ensuring partners are technically and operationally enabled, and guiding them in positioning our Intelligent Cloud and Managed Services to customers
- Sales Enablement & GTM Execution: Enable and support partners with training, tools, sales plays, and go-to-market planning to accelerate customer engagement and time-to-revenue
- Collaboration & Reporting: Drive partner adoption and sales success by fostering cross-team collaboration, leveraging CRM and structured onboarding, executing measurable digital sales KPIs, and monitoring channel partner performance with data-driven feedback and corrective actions
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging partner business models, and competitor positioning, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to ensure we remain competitive in the market
