Senior Business Development Manager (EU Payment)

Requirements

• Manage and deal with Europe Regulatory parties, Government bodies and Bankers ranging from outreaching, pitching, negotiations to relationship management
• Develop new business opportunities across different channels in Europe and maintain relationships with banks and payment partners as well as oversee regulatory and licensing issues
• Drive Fiat growth & strategies through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics
• Create and execute localised Fiat strategies to aid in the adoption of crypto-based ecosystem
• Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing Payment products and markets
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams (i.e. Product, Operations, Regional)

Responsibilities

• At least 10 years experience of proven success in Business Development position ideally from Fintech companies within Payment/ crypto Wallet/ Digital Banks
• Proficient in EU payment Laws & Regulations
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth of a business, comfortable with this being a hands-on position
• Strong in strategic thinking, project management, problem solving skills
• Effective communicator able to represent Binance to External regulatory parties and liaise with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, AML, etc
• Hardcore self-starter, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision
• Passion for crypto and digital assets
