Job Purpose

• Guarantee SAP Logistics Processes cross BU and cross Country within NAM Region.
• SAP Logistics Process Coach Master.
• To coordinate all Logistics SAP (Key-) Users cross Country – Cross BU.
• Indirect Reporting of Logistics (Key-) Users and Stock Controllers cross BU – cross Country.
• Cross BU Project Manager for Warehousing and Transport Projects.
• Support Logistics Managers into InControl, Compliance - ROCK activities.
• Support Logistics Managers to implement and monitor Logistics KPI’s cross Country – Cross BU.
• Support Logistics Managers to implement and monitor Warehousing and Freight Cost Control aligned with SRM NAM Regional Team.
• As Stock Controller, ensure the daily reconciliation and synchronization between the different IT systems (SAP, WMS, 4PL TMS, etc.) and decide on and proceed with the corrective actions.
• Provide regular reports on the activities (service cost receipts, on time / in full, stock discrepancies, penalties, etc.).
• Support and lead SAP Test Coordination in each logistics implementations.
• Support or lead change management in operations.
• Communicate to various stakeholders regarding performance or project / changes.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to define Cross BU – Cross Country Logistics processes in NAM Region within SAP Systems.
• Lead standardization Logistics Processes into NAM Region.
• Define and deploy Warehouse and Transportation Performance Metrics. Support Logistics Managers to deploy KPI’s.
• Reconcile Logistics data, track the stock movements and the deliveries, keep updated inventory records and delivery status in the IT systems. Ensure daily reconciliations to guarantee IT systems are fully synchronized by verifying the conformity of the communication flows (EDI monitoring for example).

• Plan and carry out stock management operations in line with the procedures and policies (stock adjustments, stock transfer, kitting, scrapping, etc.).
• Oversee inventories, contribute to improve stock health (for example recommend, plan and execute scrapping decisions).
• Oversee self-billing procedures and supplier invoices to ensure adherence to contractual prices and agreements. Support the resolution of complaints or discrepancies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• SAP LE experience – must have minimum 3-5 years
• Training coordination and administration (minimum 3 years)
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable leading training programs for large audiences.
• Clear communicator with all levels of the business.

Compensation Data

The salary range for these skills is: $79,000.00 - $88,000.00.  This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
