About the role

Job Title: Lead Software Integration Engineer

Location: Eglin AFB- Niceville, FL

Duties:

  • Oversee/Advise TPM of quality and content of incremental (quarterly) software releases by reviewing functionality of software to ensure that stated capabilities per software delivery and Version Description Document. · Review scope and content of unit testing performed on code and review use cases in the Enterprise Architect model to ensure contained requirements are met using code, model and implementation to verify. · Oversee/Advise TPM of plan for final sign-off of all software requirements by ensuring requirements are traced from the SPS to the lowest level of implementation code. · Analyze integration of framework with GFE models and software. · Oversee transition of software from development enclave to operational use in real-time; Windows development to Linux, Linux to Linux Real-Time HITL

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in applicable field & 10 years of experience.
  • Experience with conducting automated tests, analyzing results, and validating system performance against defined specifications, identifying defects and performance bottlenecks. · Strong proficiency in programming in Python and C++ on Linux systems. · Competency developing for real time operating system (RTOS) environments. · Solid understanding of test automation principles and software testing methodologies. · Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment. · Must have or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance at the Secret level. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers) and RF testing methodologies. · Experience with conducting automated tests, analyzing results, and validating system performance against defined specifications, identifying defects and performance bottlenecks. · Experience with Program Management and/or a PMP Certification

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
