Job Title: Principal Solutions Architect
Compensation: $160,000 to $190,000

Adswerve is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Digital Experience, Adobe team. This role is responsible for defining, implementing, and governing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) architecture across Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Web SDK, and Edge Network.
The Solutions Architect will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, partnering closely with engineering, analytics, and client stakeholders to design scalable data models and identity strategies. Your work will enable high-impact personalization, real-time activation, and advanced measurement across the entire Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead architect on client engagements, defining solution strategy and architecture while guiding the overall implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform solutions.
- Align RTCDP architecture with enterprise data governance, privacy policies, and global data models, serving as the primary platform expert for Adobe RTCDP, advising on architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Design and implement end-to-end data ingestion and transformation solutions within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) using Adobe Data Collection (Tags), Web SDK, Edge Network, and source connectors.
- Lead scoping, technical design, and work planning during the presale process while speaking with prospective clients about their engineering and marketing capabilities
- Lead discovery sessions to define use cases, identify data requirements, and uncover technical constraints.
- Define and maintain XDM-based data models, including schema design, field mapping, and profile enablement aligned with Adobe best practices.
- Design and configure identity resolution strategies in Real-Time CDP, including identity namespaces, identity graphs, and merge policies.
- Validate audience segmentation, data models, ingestion mappings, and identity stitching for accuracy and scalability.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver scalable and reliable data pipelines across upstream and downstream systems.
- Support QA and UAT for audience activation, Journey Optimizer orchestration, and downstream destinations.
- Provide expert guidance on CDP operational models, adoption patterns, and maturity roadmaps.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, reusable patterns, and solution accelerators.
- Stay current on Adobe Experience Platform capabilities, updates, and best practices to inform solution design and implementation.
- Manage user roles and permissions in AEP to ensure proper access controls.
- Oversee system health and lead engineers through regular maintenance protocols to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Architect for Federated Audience Composition (FAC) and federated data access patterns to enable cross-system audience building and data usage.
- Plan and oversee data ingestion pipelines, including batch, streaming, SDK and API, ensuring integrity, completeness, and privacy compliance
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Consultant leading enterprise technology initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting services
- Hands-on knowledge or certification with Adobe Experience Cloud products: Experience Platform (AEP), Experience Manager (AEM), Target, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Workfront, and Adobe Cloud Services.
- Strong understanding of XDM, event-based data modeling, and customer identity resolution.
