Role Overview
This role identifies and develops external MROs product offerings to grow the business for material deals involving new material, used service material and component repair. The Deal Candidate
Assess capabilities and strategic nature of MRO partnerships and establish contractual product &pricing frameworks to meet customer needs for material deals
Optimize material deal structures to increase CFM56 penetration in New/USM/Repair channels throughout product lifecycle
Support direct customer negotiations on significant campaigns across our commercial fleets partnering with the Sales team
Develop commercial expertise across one or more countries, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Influences policy and ensures delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories.
Interprets external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, markets, sales processes, or customers.
Evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly with internal parties to adopt a different point of view.
Required Qualifications
Experience in the Product Management & Operations.
Minimum Bachelor Degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
