ERP BUSINESS ANALYST II / SENIOR

Based onsite at Rocket Lab’s facility in Albuquerque, NM, the ERP Business Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will support the ERP Manager and EIS organization, with deliverables required for site operations. 

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

• Works as subject matter expert for Infor (Syteline and LN) ERP and associated tools.
• Work with teams in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Corporate functions to develop ERP solutions as part of a service-oriented architecture.
• Work on ERP support tickets to resolve the day today technical issues with the ERP tool.
• Respond to continuous feedback loops with stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL BRING AS AN ERP BUSINESS ANALYST II:

• 2+ years of experience and bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience (6+ working years of experience).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing business practices
• Good experience with ERP development tools such as Infor Mongoose Framework, .NET, MS SQL server
• Knowledge of SDLC and best practices
• Familiarity with SQL, particularly T-SQL.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL BRING AS A SENIOR ERP BUSINESS ANALYST:

• 5+ years or experience and bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience (9+ working years of experience).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing business practices
• Good experience with ERP development tools such as Infor Mongoose Framework, .NET, MS SQL server
• Knowledge of SDLC and best practices
• Familiarity with SQL, particularly T-SQL.

THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience working with Infor products.
• Professional level certifications in Infor LN or Syteline
• Outstanding interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in an agile software development environment and with DevOps methodology.
• Excellent time and project management abilities

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.   
• Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, operate computer keyboard and controls, and communicate verbally and in writing.  
• Must be physically able to commute to buildings. 
• Occasional exposure to dust, fumes and moderate levels of noise.
