Position Summary

As the Accounting Lead, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the factory financial structure by providing accuracy in the forecasting, reporting, and analysis of operating costs.  You’ll ensure compliance with accepted accounting principles, Nestlé accounting standards, and company policies and standards.   

 

  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of the annual operating budget 
  • Provide monthly cost projections and reporting for the Factory Leadership Team 
  • Perform monthly general ledger closing activities in SAP 
  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly and year to date cost reports 
  • Provide employee evaluations to direct reports 
  • Verify compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in general accounting, cost accounting, operations control, budgeting, and variance analysis 
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $97,000-$126,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
