Job duties:

:  This is administrative work of a supervisory nature in overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods in a large central warehouse.  Work includes overseeing the receipt, storage, inventory, issue, and transport of a variety of items which may include perishable foodstuffs, office supplies and equipment, surplus property, and similar articles.  Supervision is exercised over storekeepers, warehouse workers, and clerical personnel.  Work is performed under limited supervision.

Performs general labor tasks pertaining to the warehouse including unloading, stocking, and delivery of supplies.

Manages and completes the Safety Data Sheets and the Material Safety Data Sheets for all applicable solutions and products that enter the facility.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Four (4) years experience in the receipt, storage, issuance, and transportation of goods to include some supervisory experience. Valid Maine driver's license.
