About The Role:

The Financial Contract Reporting & Royalties team is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the payables process for licensor royalty payments. As the Accounts Payable Manager, FCR, you will report to the Director, Financial Contract Reporting - Royalties.

• Input invoices into accounting system after verifying proper authorization
• Process royalty and bounty invoices promptly following Licensor vendor payment and contractual obligation terms.
• Review aging of Licensor vendor invoices monthly and resolving past due invoices
• Reconcile assigned Licensor vendor statements against invoices and cash paid.
• Maintain Licensor vendor master file, manage vendor profiles, and ensure completeness and accuracy of the vendor information in the ERP system
• Resolve any issues that might arise with the Licensors by following up and working with the Financial Contracts Reporting & Royalties team on any missing documentation, payments or invoices
• Ensure that proper documentation, payment verification and support is provided for all royalties accounts payable, following company policy, SOX Controls and accepted accounting practices
• Work with Tax team to ensure tax compliance for all licensing payments managed
• Prepare and collaborate with VP and Director to build analysis reporting around licensing A/P deliverables and corresponding liability and cash outflow.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field
• 5+ years experience in full cycle Accounts Payable 
• Experience working with ERP systems and automated AP workflow platform
• Proficient level of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and other Office Suite products
• And able to provide white glove service to our licensor partners
• Experience leading team members in an AP department or shared service center environment
• Experience working with Licensing agreements and contractual obligation payment terms

The salary pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay will vary based on factors including (but not limited to) location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll's Total Rewards offerings for employees.
