Position overview:
The Department of Healthcare and Family Services is seeking to hire an energetic and self-motivated individual to serve as Impact Technical Lead supporting the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT). This position will plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the IMPACT functional areas including IMPACT Claims and Encounters (CE), Provider Enrollment (PE), and Prior Approval (PA) Subsystems. Additionally, the position will review, plan, and implement updates to the core modules, reference sets, Detailed Design Specification Documents, and data models to adequately ensure that the IMPACT system is working as designed and data is flowing to downstream systems, sister agencies, and outside entities. The ideal candidate will have an ability to work seamlessly as part of a team, possess outstanding problem-solving skills, effective communication skills and a proactive problem solver.
