Position Overview:

The Online Experience team looks to provide an exceptional online consumer experience across digital channels and platforms. Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, the Manager, Digital Marketing oversees the online convergence of digital marketing, customer care, crisis management, and brand reputation, all prompted by consumers’ digital preferences and demands. This role has oversight of Sutter’s online reputation team and of key projects influencing Sutter’s online experience on third party channels including Google, Yelp, Bing, Apple Maps, etc. You will lead and guide these efforts toward the desired results through close collaboration with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Digital IS, Communications, Privacy, Patient Experience and Advocacy, Clinical Operations, and more.

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Hospitality, Journalism,. Marketing, or related field


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

8 years recent relevant experience


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Expert in email marketing, customer relationship management (CRM) and audience segmentation while deliver amazing experiences for consumers and Sutter Health customers.

Exceptional professional writing and editing skills; spokesperson skills with the ability to articulate a vision while exhibiting a positive public speaking presence.

Business acumen and exceptional analytic skills with the proven ability to provide innovative solutions to complex problems and to meet customer-driven business objectives.

Highly seasoned analytic skills to determine organizational needs and the ability to develop effective strategic digital marketing and communication plans that achieve the functional objectives for the enterprise

Demonstrated proficiency to develop sustainable and truly earned search engine optimization (SEO) as part of a larger customer-first strategy.

Expertise in the spectrum of digital marketing analysis and visualization tools, including: the Google tool suite, the MOZ suite, Excel, Tableau, Mix Panel, Kiss Metrics and more.

Experience in campaign management tools such as Kenshoo and Marin as well as a knowledge of Salesforce, loqua, Pardot, Influitive or equivalent platform combinations.

Ability to
▪ translate complex issues and business ideas into clear, compelling narratives, and to engage with diverse audiences, including peers, senior management, vendors, external agencies, consultants, and relevant industry conferences.
▪ Identify trends and process large amounts of rapidly changing information, including a genuine interest in indusry changes and winning advocacy and retention innovations.
▪ evaluate innovative graphic design and advertising proposals, craft persuasive messaging and analyze market research, preferably in a healthcare setting.
▪ foster a collaborative environment, to influence individuals or groups with diverse opinions and to enlist cooperation without direct control/authority.
▪ identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational problems using policies, procedures and department plan.
▪ build collaborative relationships with peers, other departments, stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to achieve marketing goals and corporate objectives.

Pay Range is $60.90 to $91.35 / hour. Sacramento Pay Range is $53.60 to $80.39 / hour.
