Oracle GTM Cloud Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration:
  • Lead or participate in Oracle GTM Cloud implementations and upgrades.
  • Configure GTM modules (trade compliance, classification, documentation, etc.) according to business needs.
  • Set up product classification and restricted party screening rules.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather trade compliance requirements.
  • Document business processes and map them to Oracle GTM functionalities.
  • Provide recommendations on best practices and system enhancements.
• Integration and Customization:
  • Integrate Oracle GTM with other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud SCM).
  • Work with technical teams to design and implement custom workflows or reports.
• Testing and Support:
  • Conduct system testing (unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing).
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
  • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
• Project Management:
  • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage communication between stakeholders.
  • Prepare status reports and documentation for clients and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle GTM or Oracle OTM (Transportation Management).
• ERP Knowledge: Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP and SCM modules.
• Trade Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with global trade regulations, import/export rules, and compliance requirements.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and integration tools (e.g., APIs).
• Project Management: Experience in managing or participating in full-cycle implementations.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Certifications: Oracle GTM or OTM certifications (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Experience in GTM Cloud to on-premise system integrations.
• Familiarity with EDI formats and trade documentation processes.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and Agile methodologies.

Work Environment:

• Remote or hybrid options, with travel to client sites as required.
• Collaboration with project teams distributed across multiple time zones.
