The Division Client Relationship Manager (DCRM) is an execution leader providing client service and business management expertise to the MLWM Division Client Relationship Executive across a variety of business needs within the MLWM Client Service organization. The successful candidate will be a strong, decisive, results oriented leader managing a wide range of complex administrative functions across the division; lead and execute key line of business initiatives while working closely with a variety of business and HR partners; provide solutions to include developing strategy, measurements, reporting and administration across the Client Relationship Manager, Client Associate, Operations, and EGP roles.
Key Qualifications for the role:
Candidates are required to currently hold SIE, Series 7 AND Series 66 (or Series 63 AND Series 65), Series 9 AND Series 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses and Series 3, 31 licenses, if warranted
Minimum 5+ years professional experience required
Current or previous Merrill Wealth Management experience strongly preferred
Self-motivated and client centric
Expert knowledge of regulatory and supervisory requirements and corporate policies and procedures
Investment product knowledge (i.e., 401K, Options, Annuities, Tax, Retirement Plans, Money Funds, Mutual Funds, Liabilities, Margin, Trust Operations, etc.)
Prior trend analysis experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong management skills, including the ability to effectively plan, monitor, influence, negotiate, supervise and delegate
