General Job Summary

As a Facilities Generalist, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by providing cleaning, facilities, and maintenance services, while providing superior customer service to employees. If you are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment, this could be the perfect match!

What you get to do every day

• Daily housekeeping work such as cleaning restrooms and kitchen, sweeping and vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, dusting, etc.

• Specialized cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, dusting high cobwebs, window cleaning 

• Light maintenance work such as hanging artwork, assembling furniture, changing light bulbs, etc.

• Facilitate large item/junk removal; moving of furniture, boxes and related equipment

• Organize and refresh stockroom, pantries, restrooms, and supply cabinets

• Provide superior customer service to employees

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to commit to a split schedule across two different work sites:

• Tuesday and Wednesday- WeHo retail store- 7am- 3:30pm

• Monday, Thursday, Friday- LA Expo Distribution Center- 8:30am- 5pm

• Ability to work full-time and overtime when required

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Strong communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

• Adaptability and openness to change

• Receptiveness to feedback to improve performance

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds 

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time

Preferred Requirements

• 1+ year of corporate facilities or maintenance experience

The expected hourly rate for this role is $19.00 - $21.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
