The Staff Product Security Assurance Manager is responsible for establishing the company's product security programs and leading efforts to ensure the security of its third-party suppliers, vendors, and partners. This role will work closely with stakeholders across IT and product engineering to develop and implement security best practices throughout the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security risks in a variety of industries, as well as experience in developing and implementing product security programs.

As the Staff product Security Assurance Manager at Fluence, you will:

  • Develop and implement the company's product security programs.
  • Develop and implement the company's third-party security strategy.
  • Work with suppliers, vendors, and partners to embed security into their operations.
  • Conduct security assessments of third-party organizations.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for third-party relationships.
  • Work with other stakeholders to raise awareness of security risks and best practices for third-party relationships.

What will our ideal Candidate bring to Fluence?

  • 5+ years of experience in security, preferably in a variety of industries such as operational technology (OT), IoT, and cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of product security supply chain risks and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and implementing product security assurance programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
