Operations Control Coordinator

Are you an experienced Operations Control Coordinator looking for an opportunity to grow? If so, Emerson has an exciting position for you! Based in Pearland, TX, you will provide administrative support to expedite the processing of orders from quote to shipment.  In this role, you will partner with customers to make the world healthier, safer, and sustainable!

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Working independently as a liaison between Administration, Inside Sales, Production, and Shipping departments.
• Creating and updating spreadsheets/reports using company business systems.
• Tracking the status of quotes, customer orders and production schedules to identify and mitigate issues or delays.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to expedite orders and resolve issues.
• Monitoring inventory, components, and raw materials.
• Responsible for updating departmental procedures.
• Participating in or leading continuous improvement activities. 
• Performing other ad hoc requests as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• High School Diploma
• Three (3) years of related experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Associates Degree
