Aescape is looking for a Retail Merchandiser who can conceptualize, develop, and manage a retail merchandise and limited food & beverage program (Studio Shop) that compliments our Aescape studio experience, aligns with our brand ecosystem, and drives commercial success as we expand our retail presence and revenue streams. You’ll be collaborating cross-functionally with our Retail and Product Development teams as we disrupt the wellness industry. What You’ll Do
Craft customer-captivating merchandise assortments aligned with the Aescape brand, featuring premium health & wellness products.
Analyze data to identify market trends and optimize inventory management (forecasting, stock levels, replenishment).
Implement strong financial management practices through Open To Buy (OTB) processes and financial forecasting.
Manage the full product lifecycle (launch to disposition) and collaborate with vendors.
Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, etc.) to develop and execute commercial strategies, including merchandising, marketing materials, and pricing.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure retail success.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail buying and planning, with a demonstrated progression of increasing responsibility and leadership.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in retail math, forecasting, and inventory management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive results, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proficiency in retail planning and inventory management software.
Passion for retail, with a keen eye for product trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities.digital content.
