The Global Process Owner (GPO) Sr Specialist – Procure to Pay (PTP) supports the design, governance, optimization, and execution of global procure to pay processes and enabling technologies. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, Global Business Services, Procurement, Finance, IT, and global teams to ensure standardized, efficient, and compliant PTP processes across the enterprise.
The Associate Manager role provides operational and systems support across the end-to-end PTP lifecycle, reporting, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working under the guidance of GPO leadership on strategic initiatives and operational priorities, the role contributes to process improvement projects, system enhancements, issue resolution, data analysis, training, and change management activities.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Support the administration and governance of global Procure to Pay processes, policies, tools, and operating procedures.
- Support assigned Procure to Pay process areas, maintaining accountability for process governance, documentation, controls, performance, and alignment with global standards and policies.
- Optimize and support PTP systems and technologies by partnering with IT and business stakeholders on resolution, system enhancements, testing, automation, and user adoption initiatives.
- Analyze process performance, compliance, and operational metrics; develop reporting, dashboards, and business insights to monitor process health, identify risks and improvement opportunities, support audits and controls.
- Participate in process improvement and transformation initiatives focused on standardization, efficiency, compliance, user experience, and automation across the PTP landscape.
- Drive adoption and adherence to PTP processes and systems by partnering with stakeholders to support change initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
Key Ingredients:
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or Procure to Pay processes and management methodologies.
- Experience with procurement technologies (SAP, contract management systems, e-sourcing systems, supplier management systems and others) or reporting tools (Power BI or similar).
- Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, or process transformation initiatives.
