RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Provide solution recommendations in SAP Supply chain modules including advanced planning, procurement, manufacturing, plant maintenance and quality (SAP MM, PP, QM, PM)
• Independently work with business teams to understand their business requirements and provide optimal solution options with SAP SCM modules
• Provide hands on operational support for SAP supply chain enhancements, tickets and incidents and maintain KPIs/SLAs.
• Work with cross functional teams including AMS, IT and business in resolving business problems
• Translate non-functional and functional requirements into end-to-end analytical solution design
• Actively contribute on S/4 HANA Business Transformation program. Own and deliver supply chain business solutions on S/4 HANA with Fit to Standard approach.
• Review and document business capability needs and create winning solution recommendations with demonstrated ability in employing frameworks and structured approaches, with the ability of breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of cumulative work experience in SAP Supply chain area
• Desired Degree: Under Grad or Master of Science in IT(Information Technology) or EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering), CS (Computer Science) with GPA 3.5 and above
• Strong hands-on techno-functional knowledge of SAP to support for the in-scope Supply chain business processes, including procurement, supply chain planning, manufacturing, warehouse management, quality management and plant maintenance (SAP PP, MM, QM ,PM, WM)
• Hands on experience implementing and supporting S/4 HANA

• Hands on experience supporting business requirements in supply chain area providing end to end solutions and resolving issues
• Hands on experience providing operational support in supply chain area and managing the delivery KPIs/SLAs
• Cross functional experience across SAP Modules including FICO, SD etc

• Knowledge of ECC or S/4 HANA Solution Stack, Technology and Architecture across different business functions.
• Experience with IT processes related to Change management, Release Management and SDLC  is a plus
• Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
