Senior Climate Resiliency Specialist - REMOTE/HYBRID

As a key member of our cross-disciplinary teams, you’ll champion applied climate adaptation and resilience initiatives across both public and private sectors.

Make your voice resonate through compelling presentations, reports, and other deliverables, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, policy, environmental science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in climate resiliency.

• Experience in consulting AND energy/electric utilities in distribution planning, transmission planning, distribution engineering, and/or transmission engineering addressing risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional experience in climate change, critical infrastructure, risk management, asset management, strategic and long-range planning, project finance, or regulatory issues.

• Proven track record of leading intricate projects within the consulting or utility arena, both from a technical standpoint and a team management perspective.

• 8+ years of impactful professional work experience in climate resiliency.
