About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Monitor trends and deviations in business performance (BB)​

• Secure strategic direction is implemented (FB)​

• Own the daily execution and performance of the sales team​

• Ensure CRM data quality and tool adoption​

• Lead onboarding and support of new hires​

• Provide feedback and insights to management
