Summary

The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will work cross functionally to bridge the gap between human resources, stakeholders, responsible departments and other training groups to maintain the systems to meet all regulatory compliance and employee learning and development needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our systems, data and documentation, troubleshooting issues, and supporting administrators and end users. The ideal candidate will have experience with system administration, reporting and security protocols, have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be self-motivated to research and learn new skills.

What You'll Do

  • Performs administration tasks including SuccessFactors Learning system configuration, update testing, curriculum management and access management.
  • Prepares training data, audits course completions, and works with other departments to identify improvements in data quality and enterprise training consistency.
  • Creates, analyzes and distributes reporting solutions using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables, Microsoft Power BI, and prepares written reports as assigned.
  • Creates and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies that help users and administrators utilize the system properly.
  • Partners with other departments including Apprenticeship and Skills Training to develop tracking mechanisms to identify and track employee training requirements and qualification statuses.
  • Maintains effective relationships with SRP leadership, employees and responsible department representatives to consult on training matrix reviews and other workforce training initiatives.
  • Recommends and leads the development of user experience (UX) enhancements for learning systems including the LMS, intranet sites and vendor training platforms.
  • Participates as a system owner and subject matter expert in vendor engagement meetings, system integration discussions and other interfacing system implementation projects.
  • Seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and performs other duties as assigned.

What It Takes To Succeed

  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors Learning LMS or other LMS preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Power BI preferred
