Associate Director: Learning Architecture Lead
Job Description
Gilead's mission is to discover, develop, and deliver therapies that will improve the lives of patients with life-threatening illnesses worldwide. As an Associate Director, Learning Architecture, you are responsible for development and execution of the Learning Technology strategy for Talent, Development & Inclusion (TD&I), including project, vendor & operations management. TD&I have recently invested in new learning technology and this role will work with the Learning Journey Designers to develop the strategy to support the build of a Leadership Academy within a learning experience platform. You will oversee the management of, vendors, and build and manage project plans and lead complex projects, influence stakeholders without authority and network across the organization, communicating effectively with leaders in a fast-moving, challenging, and dynamic commercial environment. Essential Duties & Functions
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive end-to-end learning technology strategy working cross functionally with People Technology, People Analytics and external vendors to support the current and future needs of the Strategy Leads in TD&I including applications, tools, technology, and resources.
- Instructional Design Tools: Work with the Learning Journey Designers to identify & implement the most effective instructional design tools to support the build of the Leadership Academy.
