About The Role
The Enterprise Sales Manager will be a crucial member of our Industrious Sales team. You’ll be a key player in our success by continuing to build & manage our enterprise client base & key managed accounts. You’ll close large, high-value deals, execute business development strategies, and be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our high-value key accounts.
You’ll work closely with a host of cross-functional partners including Operations, Design & Construction, IT, and Network Operations to collaboratively develop complex flexible workspace solutions for enterprise clients.
A typical day could start by connecting with our broker network to drive new business development, then speaking with new leads, and finalizing a proposal for a complex deal that you are trying to close. You then might have lunch with the Head of Real Estate for a key account who is looking to expand within Industrious, before spending the afternoon conducting in-person tours of 3 of our locations with a potential new enterprise client.
This role is based in New York City and to be considered, candidates must be able to fulfill daily in-person sales activities in our offices & around the city.
Responsibilities:
Business Development and Pipeline Management

- Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive enterprise business growth within the assigned region.
- Execute daily business development activities that identify and secure new partners and revenue streams.
- Effectively manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct consultative in-person tours of our spaces with prospective clients
- Utilize and maintain CRM tools to forecast, update, and report on sales activities, forecasts, and account status.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Act as a brand ambassador for Industrious at industry meetings and networking events
Developing and Maintaining Broker Relationships

- Leverage existing relationships and establish new connections with brokers.
- Work closely with brokers to maximize sales opportunities and achieve mutual business objectives.
Account Management

- Drive revenue growth with our existing enterprise clients by identifying and executing new opportunities for our clients to expand into new locations and product types.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Manage all renewal transactions within the book of existing enterprise account business
- Serve as the key point of contact to your account’s key decision makers, strategize on how to create a touch-point cadence where you are integrated into their flex strategy plans, and review existing member experiences with the corporate stakeholders quarterly.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of proven success in Commercial Real Estate / flexible office leasing, with a track record of closing complex leasing and/or flexible office deals with enterprise customers.
- Experience working with Commercial Real Estate brokers and agency teams and a deep understanding of CRE broke
