This office houses many of our corporate functions and cross-functional teams tasked with creating exceptional experiences for our passionate communities.

About You:

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Data Engineer.
• You have 3+ years of experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• You have 3+ years of experience writing analytical SQL queries
• You can tell a story with data through visualizations and metrics tailored to the audience
• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with internal and external teams
• You can build versatile dashboards with intuitive UX
• You are a technologist who enjoys developing new skills and working with new tools

Pluses:

• Experience working in VOD streaming
• Experience working in gaming, particularly in mobile gaming
• Knowledge of anime
• Experience using Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R for data analysis
• Experience with event analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Google Analytics
• Experience with CDPs like Segment and mParticle
• Experience with Databricks
• Experience with Regular Expressions
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Background or degree in Economics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics

A Day In The Life Of Our Senior Data Analyst, Content & Gaming:

• Report to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics for Content & Gaming
• Suggest data-driven approaches and new metrics to measure success
• Conduct and present analyses that dive deep into performance trends
• Standardize complex analyses and build them into scalable self-serve tools for non-technical partners
• Document and provide training to partners on usage of our self-serve analytics tools
• Work with other teams to scope out tracking events relevant to content and gaming performance
