Social Media Marketing Specialist

This exciting role as a Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development and production of marketing content for social media and content development initiatives for the Water Heater Division. This will include activities such as social media and blog content support and creation, social media campaign execution, supporting customer-facing event communication initiatives and digital content development.

This position will serve our Water Heating Division, located in Roswell, GA.

• Support Strategic Marketing Manager in the development of assets and copy for paid and organic social media campaigns
• Includes asset creation, coordinating projects with agency & internal managers and creative resources (Includes, but is not limited to, social channel appropriate stills, GIFs, edited video content, etc.)
• Master the brand voice to write concise and effective copy for social media posts and blog articles
• Support Strategic Marketing Manager in the distribution of content across all channels
• Tracking metrics and analyzing the performance of social media marketing campaigns to support optimization efforts
• Additional responsibilities with the Marketing team as directed, including event and social media support, copywriting and digital marketing
• Help achieve and exceed the KPIs and business objectives established for Social Media initiatives
• Ensure the Social Media conversation is managed through active community management and identify opportunities to extend positivity
• Lead with Social Analytics and communicate the performance of all tactics
• Leverage data to determine proper approach and drive strategies
• Develop a social calendar quarterly by channel and ensure it tailors to other channels
• Maintain regular social media calendar on an ongoing basis
• Maintain a high a level of project management and proactive communication
• Assist in general Marketing initiatives that do not have a formal assignment.

• Some experience within a Marketing-based role. Internship experience welcome.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, design or in a related field
• 0-3 years experience required
• Thorough knowledge and expertise in Adobe suite programs (Illustrator/Photoshop)
• Thorough knowledge and professional business expertise with TikTok, Facebook, X and Instagram
• Experience with social media management tools such as Khoros, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or similar tools
• Demonstrated ability to work and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments while managing workload and priorities
• Ability to take design and content feedback and incorporate it quickly
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with marketing team to proactively direct results and meet deadlines
• Must possess and demonstrate proficiency in the following competency areas: ethics/integrity, accountability, adaptability, flexibility, dependability, teamwork (collaborative teaming skills), interpersonal skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication 
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the consumer
