The work
As an SAP SD Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. You will be responsible for interpreting and refining complex business requirements, ensuring they are translated into actionable project plans. Your expertise will be essential in leading the implementation of projects using Agile methodologies, with a particular focus on the Scaled Agile Framework. To thrive in this role, you should bring hands-on experience managing technology delivery teams, a strong background in SAP Sales and Distribution, and a proven ability to adapt to project requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements
- Oversee the delivery of solutions within SAP S/4Hana Cloud Private Edition, specifically leveraging your knowledge of the Sales and Distribution module to drive successful outcomes
- Guide a small team, providing leadership and direction as an Agile Scrum Master
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure project milestones are met.
Here’s what you need:
- 5+ years of SAP experience to include the Sales and Distribution (SD) model
- Agile Scrum Master experience and implementing projects using Agile methodologies
- Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Proficiency in SAP S/4Hana Cloud Private Edition
- Experience managing a small team
Nice to have:
- Relevant SAP certification(s)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience with SAP S/4Hana Cloud migrations
- Prior experience in technology delivery management within the manufacturing or consumer goods sector
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Eligibility requirements:
- US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
- Must be eligible to obtain a government Public Trust Clearance
- Ability to work onsite at the client location in Battle Creek, Michigan each week, Tuesday-Thursday

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
