The position

As a Regional Lead for SAP S/4HANA Program you will Support Supply Chain department in the SEEMEA region (South East Europe, Middle East and Africa) in shaping and driving the regional project of our next-generation ERP platform with SAP S/4HANA. You will report to the SEEMEA Sr Director DDIT and will work closely in collaboration across regional functions such as supply chain, finance, accounting and with S4Hana Project team in HQ. You are expected to be the extension of the global project into the SEEMEA region, ensuring local systems and key stakeholders (Key users, SMEs, Local System owners, and their leaders) are identified and involved in communication, testing, training, and other relevant activities to ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4 HANA.

As our Regional Lead you will play a main role in this 3 key areas:

• Project management and Change management - plan and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, manage SAP-related initiatives across region.

• Testing- identifying resources in the region to support testing and ensuring that testing is completed successfully on-time and to a high-quality standard.

• Hypercare- manage hyper care activities, including overseeing the resolution of issues and ensuring that all necessary support is provided to end-users.

 

This role will be located in Warsaw or Copenhagen.

 

Qualifications

As the Regional Lead, we expect you to meet the following criteria:

• Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects preferably within Supply Chain.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders across all levels.

• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.

• Structured approach to tasks, with a passion for planning and problem-solving.

• Ability to work in a complex, high-paced, and changing environment.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• High degree of independence, high-quality mindset, and ability to maintain an overview under time pressure.

• SAP knowledge and experience is an advantage.

About the Department

As a Regional Lead, you will be anchored in Finance and Operations in the SEEMEA region, reporting to the SEEMEA DDIT Sr Director. You will work closely with the Finance Transformation Lead of the SAP S/4HANA Program and the core team based in HQ.

Over the coming years, we will upgrade our current Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) called SAP ECC to the most modern SAP ERP solution: SAP S/4HANA.
NextGen SAP will introduce SAP S/4HANA at Novo Nordisk, which provides the organization with a robust, flexible and future-proof digital backbone that supports our strategy and brings us into the future. NextGen SAP program is anchored in Finance, Product Supply and DD&IT with more than 100 colleagues allocated around the world, primarily based in Denmark and India.
