Sebenza LLC, a leading commercial roofing company, is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position with competitive pay and benefits.

As a Commercial Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of commercial roofing systems. This includes but is not limited to single-ply, built-up, and modified bitumen roofs. You will work on a variety of projects, including new construction, renovations, and repairs, for commercial buildings such as offices, warehouses, and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems according to industry standards and company guidelines

- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs

- Work with a team to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner

- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

- Communicate with project managers and clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns

- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing

- Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- OSHA certification is a plus
