We are looking for motivated interns to join our Legal Department!  

As Legal Intern you will… 

• Advising the Company on advertising matters for all types of promotions.  

• Coordinate and manage intellectual property matters  

• Coordination and management of data protection matters  

• Preparation and delivery of all types of training for the Company  

• Drafting or review of all types of contracts, agreements or arrangements (with customers, suppliers, collaborators, etc.)  

• Management and preparation of corporate documents (minutes, certifications, etc.)  

• Coordination of signature formalities with the Notary and Public Registries: notarization of corporate agreements and contracts, granting and revocation of powers of attorney, etc.  

• Coordination and management of legal matters related to compliance.  

• Defending the company's interests in administrative and legal proceedings. 

You might be the one we are looking for if…  

• You are a student/ recent graduate of Law or equivalent  

• You have already completed an internship in the past, ideally in the FMCG sector, it will be highly valued. 

• You are recognized for your efficiency and autonomy. 

• You have a vocation for law  

• You are fluent in Spanish and English
