Your Responsibilities

 

As a Product Manager, Financial Insights for Intelligent Solutions Group located in Urbandale, Iowa, you will:

 

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products that support financial insights, including Harvest Profit.
• Identify and resolve customer problems with a collaborative team of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers.
• Prioritize tasks based on customer impact and business value, ensuring the product's overall success.
• Effectively communicate to bring the product to life through clear written and verbal communication, creating an exceptional customer experience.
• Use your strong business acumen and technical expertise to evaluate what is both technically feasible and strategically important for the business.
• Align your product roadmaps and features with other teams to manage interactions and dependencies.

What Skills You Need

 

• 2 or more years of experience in technology Product Management or similar role
• Proficiency in agricultural practices, decision-making, and farm financial management
• Experience working with customers and engineers with proven ability to rally a team to build great products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of all levels
• Strong independent judgement, problem solving skills, and ability to make timely decisions in the best interests of the customer and the company  
• A passion for agriculture, construction, and technology and its potential to enhance lives

What Makes You Stand Out

 

• Experience building software products in a product management role
• Solid design sensibilities and ability to create simple products that users love
• Don’t need to write code, but technical enough to engage with engineers directly  
• Business strategy and business case definition experience

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or similar discipline
