This position can be home-based.

 

This is a full time, benefits eligible, grant funded opportunity. Current funding will expire on 12/2025.

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager assists teams in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects and key activities within the Center for Health Technology & Innovation (CHTI) - working primarily with workstream leads, team members, and volunteer stakeholders. This individual will develop project plans, track, and monitor progress, key deliverables, and activities, and identify risks and issues across workstreams with an emphasis on developing integrated digital-health/health-tech solutions in collaboration with the CHTI’s Innovators’ Network and Integrator cohort.

  • Works across multiple workstreams that include communications, outreach, Science, Technology, and Implementation to develop programs and solutions that identify and implement strategic initiatives for CHTI.
  • Co-Management of tech-platform relationship for content distribution
  • A key point of contact for use of digital content, new content development, content review/approval.
  • “ClinTech” co-lead for collaborative business efforts (“sales engineer”).
  • Development of program and solutions overviews (presentations/talking points/visuals).
  • Serve as key resource for co-promotion materials for VCI and Member relationships.
  • Works with the Sr Dir DHS to develop and manage CarePlans/Content/Content Mgt System.
  • Supports roll-out of key deliverables, including working with vendors, subject matter experts, consultants, partners, internal staff, and external team members.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five (5) – Eight (8) years of experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of proven experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Program or Project Management including related methodologies and practical application.
  • Functional understanding of Technology, Science, and Marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% local and overnight stay.
