This role requires someone who thrives in a startup environment, working independently and collaboratively to drive success.</p><p></p><h3>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities</h3><p><strong>Main Responsibility:</strong> to build an awesome product that our users &amp; customers love/value and build it the right way. The core product manager role is about product discovery, delivery, maintenance and analysis.</p><p></p><p><strong>Product discovery role (build the right things)</strong></p><p>Making sure we ‘know’ what we should build (first) and what’s the best solution to implement.</p><ul> <li>Product vision, goals &amp; strategy: decide what we want to achieve, build and maintain the roadmap, determine how to best measure that and where we can/should excel &amp; invest our time </li> <li>Stakeholder management &amp; communication: aligning &amp; communicating with key stakeholders on what we should build first (e.g. via roadmap, feedback, etc.)</li> <li>Feedback gathering &amp; analysis: getting feedback from students, university contacts &amp; internal teams to better understand our stakeholders and discover opportunities for improvement &amp; possible solutions</li> <li>Data analysis: analyzing usage data to better understand our stakeholders and discover opportunities for improvement &amp; possible solutions</li> <li>Journey/process analysis: analyzing user journeys to better understand experience for our stakeholders, discover opportunities for improvement &amp; possible solutions</li> <li>Competitor analysis: what can we learn from them, and where should we differentiate</li> <li>(Shared) Ideation: brainstorming ideas and sharing ideas</li> <li>UX/UI design: creating mockups &amp; designs for how the solution should work </li> <li>Prioritization: deciding what to implement first (based on goals,  opportunities, challenges and possible solutions) </li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Product delivery role (build it right)</strong></p><p>Making sure we efficiently deliver new quality (bug-free) features.</p><ul> <li>Developer coordination &amp; alignment: regular meetings &amp; communication with the development team to work together as efficiently as possible</li> <li>Epic/Story planning: pre-discuss upcoming planned epics and specific stories</li> <li>Story creation &amp; specification: creating &amp; specifying stories for the development team </li> <li>Acceptance testing &amp; test coordination: testing delivered stories and giving feedback </li> <li>Release management: coordinating with the development team what to release when, adding config data, creating release notes, deploying in App &amp; Play store and communicating new releases internally and externally</li> <li>Measuring &amp; learning: measuring usage &amp; impact of delivered features</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Functional maintenance role  (optimal tooling usage &amp; continuity)</strong></p><p>Reacting quickly to incidents and adding/updating content inside the platform that cannot be managed by the Community team yet.</p><ul> <li>Bug/issue investigation: investigate issues reported by users and/or internal team</li> <li>Tool management: setup &amp; maintain tools used for product &amp; development</li> <li>Monitoring: regular (data/error) checks here and there to see all is working correct</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Data Analyst/BI Role (be able to see &amp; understand how users behave)</strong></p><p>Making sure we have access to the right reports/dashboards </p><ul> <li>Communication &amp; alignment about reporting/BI needs</li> <li>Making sure we have the right data &amp; data quality is good</li> <li>Creating queries</li> <li>Creating/updating reports &amp; dashboards</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Able to travel to the Eindhoven HQ office on average 2 times per week</li> <li>Familiar with GitHub, Google Firebase, Figma &amp; Looker</li> <li>Reasonable understanding of Rest API and Postman</li> <li>Reasonable understanding of basic programming and database structures</li> <li>Basic understanding of User Experience de
