This is an Internal Agency Opportunity for qualified candidates currently employed with the Department of Children and Families.  Teleworking is not an option.  We encourage all interested individuals to apply.  Some travel may be required.

 

 

The individual occupying this position will conduct program analysis, offer management consulting, and assess regional processes and procedures. This includes designing, implementing and evaluating operational initiatives with a focus on quality improvement activities. This position will work closely with the Economic Self-Sufficiency Senior Management Analyst Supervisors, Program Administrators and other regional ESS managers.

 

 

The bi-weekly salary range for this position is $1,512.34 - $3,205.32.

 

 

PRIMARY DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

 

  • Collects data, compiles, organizes, and analyzes information. Creates and monitors reports and performs data analysis to support provider relations, quality and education efforts. Provides pertinent information to managers and staff regarding customer service and quality management initiatives. Participates in the evaluation of initiatives and other aspects of management and administration.

 

  • Provides guidance and technical assistance to providers and representatives. Gathers and organizes data and information and conducts analysis of complaints and hearing trends to improve operational processes and performance. Corrects complex casework.

 

  • Assists in the creation of performance improvement and/or corrective action plans and provides consultation and coaching to staff and external partners or providers as needed.

 

  • Schedules and facilitates training with external partners, providers, supervisors, managers, and other staff as needed.

 

  • Perform special assignments and other related work as required by the Regional ESS Senior Leadership or Executive Management Teams.

 

  • Completes all project plans and project task lists associated with forums or workgroups timely.

 

  • Respond to all inquiries and requests received, in a professional and timely manner, providing outstanding customer service.

 

  • Within the scope of available resources, plan, direct, deliver, and evaluate organizational development and professional growth activities for regional staff. 

 

  • Effectively conducts training and/or developmental activities for eligibility staff as demonstrated by formal observations and by average scores on a standardized electronic survey of participants.

 

  • Ensure documents from regional workgroups and forums are updated and archived.
