What Will You Do?

The Parts Warehouse Associate will be responsible for creating loyal customers by providing exceptional customer experiences through the accurate pulling, checking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. As well as maintain strict inventory accuracy through accurate and detailed check-in and put-away of our weekly stock order from Toro. 

 To grow and build a successful career with Wesco Turf, you will be responsible for: 

Picking

•Associate will pick 500+ lines per day.

•Associates are expected to maintain a 99.94% accuracy rate for picking.

•Accurately pull and label all parts on sales order.

•Parts associates are responsible for the immediate pulling of customer pick-up orders as well as assisting the customer to their vehicles with parts when required.

•Parts associates are responsible for the immediate pulling of all orders for the Service department.

•Parts associates must accurately identify the preferred shipping method to ensure proper and timely processing of the sales order.

•All associates are required to gain a detailed understanding of the warehouse location system to ensure accuracy and efficiency while pulling sales orders.

•Parts associates will be responsible for matching RGA paperwork to the correct sales order when necessary.

•Parts associates will be responsible for pulling and packing freight orders for shipping via Wesco Turf truck or LTL.

•Associates are responsible for the daily put away of return to stock items.

•Associates are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Checking

•Associates will use extreme detail to correctly match part numbers and descriptions to the correct sales order.

•Responsible for accurately checking all customer pick-ups and delivering to customer service counter.

•Responsible for assisting customer service staff with all pertinent requests.

•Responsible for carrying parts to customer vehicles when required.

•Responsible for matching RGA paperwork to the correct sales order when necessary.

•Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Packing

•Associates will pack 500+ lines per day.

•Associates are required to pack all items to prevent damage and minimize freight charges.

•Associates are required to correctly identify the correct box size needed based on the items needing to be packaged.

•Must utilize parts knowledge to correctly package items to prevent damage to the part and other parts in the shipment.

•Responsible for stocking all packing stations with the correct boxes and supplies to prevent interruptions during the workday.

•Responsible for informing Parts Manager of supplies needed.

•Responsible for monthly box inventory.

•Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Shipping

•Associates will ship up to 350 packages per day.

•Responsible for the accurate and timely shipping of all sales orders throughout the day, utilizing UPS world ship and FedEx ship manager.

•Responsible for ensuring that the correct order gets the right UPS label and shipped to the correct customer.

•Responsible for informing Parts Manager of supplies needed.

•Responsible for loading all package shipped onto carts for pickup by UPS truck. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Receiving

•Responsible for detailed check in of weekly stock order from Toro.

•Must correctly identify, count, label, put away, and scan all parts received with part number and warehouse location.

General

•Associate is expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

•Associate will be required to operate utility vehicles to transport parts back and forth to the Service department.

•Associate will be required to learn our computer operating system to perform jobs efficiently and accurately.

•Associate will be required to learn and utilize RF scan guns for a variety of jobs in the parts department.

•Associate will be required to learn our warehouse location system
