About the role
The Occupation Therapist (OTR) coordinates and administers Occupational Therapy care to patients which may involve:
- Assessment of the patient’s physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs.
- Planning, development and implementation of a multidisciplinary plan of care.
- Evaluation of the patients’ response to care.
Education Required: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association
Credential/Licensure Required:
- Licensed in the State of Wisconsin as an Occupational Therapist.
- Bachelor, Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Certified by the NBCOT
- Current CPR certification (DCMC will provide)
- Wisconsin driver’s license
Shift: Working Casual Call hours, meaning you work as needed.
Casual Call positions are offered an additional 10% differential on top of the base hourly rate.
